今年7月9日，是住在美國田納西州孟菲斯市(Memphis)的夏洛特(Charlotte Sexton)8歲生日，家人為她舉行生日會。這天夏洛特家中佈置得充滿節日氣氛，牆上掛滿汽球，後園有水池和滑梯；不過，夏洛特與參加生日會的小朋友並不熟落，一些更是素未謀面。
