在修行和生活中創造更多的慈悲和理解,祝福自己、他人、社會和世界

各位親愛的讀者:

三個多月沒有與大家「見面」了,因為我來了法國梅村靜修,下一站還要到波蘭進行非暴力溝通培訓師認證前期考核(Pre-assessment)。

這段日子給我最大的啟發是:無論做甚麼、說甚麼、想甚麼,都以是否能創造更多的慈悲和理解為依歸。若果能生起更多慈悲和理解的事,就多作為,如果不能讓慈悲和理解展現的東西,則避免做。這給我很清晰的指引和方向!

昨天在佛法分享的環節中,一位同修分享她怎樣應用一行禪師的偈語,實踐於生活、修行中,以增長慈悲與理解,活出輕安自在。她説了三個非常美妙修習,特此與大家分享:

第一個是「快樂是此時此地(Happiness is here and now)」!

她說:「每當我感到失望,自我判斷,覺得自己不夠好、不足夠時,我就跟自己說『快樂是此時此地!』我告訴自己我當下就有足夠的的條件讓我快樂了,我已足夠了。這幫助我能安住下來,我對自己有更多的慈悲,在慈悲能量的擁抱下,我快樂起來。」

第二個是「令人受苦者是個受苦的人」

她說:「當我看見某些人的行為、說話很不可理喻,為他人帶來很多的痛苦時,我就想起一行禪師說的:『一個令人受苦者是個受苦的人,他在受自己的錯誤觀點之苦。』我頓然能從指責、判斷中解脫出來,並體會別人的痛苦,心,變得慈悲、柔軟和接納。」

第三個是「出路是心路The way out is in」

她説:「當遇上困境,找不到出路時,記起一行禪師的話:『出路是心路。』我會沉靜下來,看事情逐漸清晰,問題迎刃而解。」

她的分別叫我們讚嘆不已,能如此具體將偈語實踐於生活中!願我們能能在修行和生活中創造更多的慈悲和理解,祝福自己、他人、社會和世界!

願我們的慈悲與理解與日俱增!
