這個新項目名為「地址點」，將在未來幾週內展開。
愛爾蘭郵政允許無家者使用當地郵局作為固定地址。最新數字顯示，愛爾蘭有接近10,000名露宿者，他們都沒有登記地址。住址證明看似平常，卻是很多無家可歸者最頭痛的地方，他們因為沒有住址證明而無法開設銀行賬戶、安排醫療預約、申請工作或為小孩申請入學。
愛爾蘭郵政知道露宿者的需要後，與服務他們的組織合作，允許無家可歸者使用當地郵局作為固定地址。無家可歸人士大讚這項服務。
「對我來說，這項服務不單讓我可以得到基本社會服務，還給我一個身份，令我不會因為沒有地址證明而受人歧視。我憧憬一個固定的地址，成為一家人重新開啟新生活的第一步，我的孩子可以入學，我們可以得到政府援助，逐步可以重建家庭，終於一天，可以擁有真正的住址。」
這項服務是愛爾蘭郵政重塑品牌的一部分，愛爾蘭郵政還重新設計標誌和推出電子商務服務，改善與客戶的溝通。
