在之前的幾集，區姑娘介紹了有關幻覺的心理行為徵狀，今次和大家談談另一種常見情况，名「日落症候群」。
顧名思義，這種徵狀常在黃昏日落時發生。認知障礙長者會出現精神混亂、情緒低落、疲倦、焦躁不安、容易發脾氣、又或者能量水平突然大幅下降、變得退縮，甚至有幻覺、幻聽。日落症候群有時會持續兩三小時，有時會持續一整夜，令照顧者束手無策。
遇到長者有這種情況，照顧者除了向醫生求助，還可以做些什麼？
